AVAILABILITY

Our Chef's Tasting Menu is available from Tuesday through Saturday during our operating hours. It is perfect for special occasions or holiday gatherings. Allow Chef Lenn to curate a 6-course plated dinner, complete with optional wine pairings, for you and your guests.⁣

 

EVENT FORMAT

A 7-day minimum advance notice is required. The tasting menu includes six seasonally inspired courses, meticulously prepared by James Beard Award-winning Chef Joseph Lenn and his culinary team. This 2.5-hour dining experience takes place at the Chef’s Counter, which accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy a front-row view of our chefs at work as they prepare your menu. Note that the entire party must participate in the tasting menu, and we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan dietary restrictions.

 

When booking, kindly inform our events team of your preferred reservation time and any dietary restrictions or allergies within your party.

WINE PAIRINGS

We offer a customized wine pairing option curated by our sommelier team. If you are interested in adding wine pairings to your experience, please mention this at the time of booking.

 

PRICING

The cost is $175 per person, excluding beverages, alcohol, taxes, and service charges. A 20% service charge is automatically added to your final bill. This fee supports fair wages for our staff, ensuring that all employees earn above the minimum wage in Tennessee. This fee is not a tip; additional gratuities for our service staff are welcome and appreciated.

CANCELLATION FEE

We require adherence to the number of guests booked for your Chef's Tasting Menu. A $50 per-person cancellation fee will be charged if the number of your party decreases or if there are no-shows within 24 hours of your reservation time. Please confirm with all members of your party well before your reservation to avoid these fees.
