IT'S A CAREER

Most of our FOH positions are full-time (5 nights a week), including servers and bartenders.  All of our servers and bartenders have a minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in these roles.  We do welcome college students and others that wish to work part-time as server assistants, hosts, expo, and oyster shucker.

Positions Needing to be Immediately Filled:
Sous Chef (salary), Line Cook, Oyster Shucker

BOH Positions

BOH hourly positions include additional seasonal bonuses:

  • Dish Machine Operator: Full & Part-Time, Hourly Wage

  • Sous Chef: Salary

  • Line Cook: Full-Time, Hourly Wage ($18+ per hour)

  • Pastry/Baker: Full-Time, Hourly Wage

  • Oyster Shucker: Full & Part-time, Hourly Wage

FOH Positions

All FOH positions are hourly wages shared via Tip Pool:

  • Sommelier

  • Bartender

  • Expeditor (Expo)

  • Server

  • Server Assistant (SA)

  • Host
